We have successfully worked with Another Axis Consulting on multiple research and planning projects. Rohit and Frances developed a comprehensive strengths-based report for us that highlighted how the communities we serve were able to collaborate effectively to address food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research provided us with an in-depth, contextualized analysis of the strengths of communities in our catchment area, as well as a strategic framework to understand the systemic changes needed to tackle food insecurity successfully. Building on this work, we engaged Another Axis Consulting to create action plans for community organizations to collaboratively address food insecurity across North Etobicoke and the broader Toronto, York, and Peel regions. The end product was a simple yet powerful two-page action plan that clearly outlined the tasks required to meet our short- and long-term goals.

” … working with demographIQ shifted how we understand outreach and impact. Their research didn’t just hand us data—it gave us a personalized, place-based understanding of who our audiences and supporters are, where to find them, what they care about, and how to connect with them authentically. They helped us craft a clear, focused outreach strategy rooted in evidence. The insights shaped how we approach fundraising, grant applications, crowdfunding, and social media—allowing us to tailor our actions and messaging to reflect the values of our audience and the heart of our project. Frances and Rohit made what could have been overwhelming feel accessible, collaborative, and creative. For a grassroots team like ours, that kind of clarity and care was a game-changer—and it made all the difference.”
